 Location
 Hua Hin lies 200 kilometres   south of Bangkok on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand. It is easily reached   by a direct road, rail and air. Hua Hin Mantra Resort is located just 4 kilometres   south of Hua Hin town centre and a few minutes by car to the beautiful white   sandy beaches of Khao Takaib.

 In 1926, during the reign of   King Rama VII, Klai Kangwon Palace was built. Further south of the town, there   are several beautiful sheltered coves and quiet beaches. Kaeng Krachan National   Park, and Sam Roi Yot National Park, also known as the 'mountain of 300 peaks'   are also nearby.
